We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dental Assistant and Dental Marketing Coordinator to join our Endodontics specialty practice. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both Endodontics and Oral Surgery and be confident working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Dental Assistant Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
Prior experience in Endodontics and Oral Surgery
Proficiency with TDO software
Ability to take and process CBCT scans/X-rays
Strong knowledge of sterilization and surgical setup protocols
Comfortable assisting with surgical extractions, and root canal therapy
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a specialty setting
Front Desk experience
Dental terminology and knowledgeable of insurance

Responsibilities:

Assist doctor during endodontic and oral surgery procedures
Take CBCT, periapical, and other diagnostic imaging as needed
Prepare and maintain sterile surgical trays and operatories
Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth clinical experience
Enter clinical notes and treatment information accurately in TDO
Provide pre-op and post-op patient instructions

Dental Marketer Requirements:

Experience in dental or healthcare marketing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with referral-based specialty practices a plus
Ability to build and maintain referral relationships with general dental offices
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
Basic understanding of dental terminology preferred

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with referring dental offices
Promote specialty services (Endodontics & Oral Surgery)
Coordinate patient outreach and referral tracking
Help increase patient flow through community and doctor outreach
