Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our private dental office.

The ideal candidate will have oversee day to day operations of a fast-paced dental office and deliver compassionate care for patients while inspiring a positive work culture.

The manager will coordinate administrative functions, oversee staff, manage budgets, and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations

Duties

Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
Manage financial aspects including budgeting, billing, coding, and revenue cycle management using Dentrix Ascend
Supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and human resources functions
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and data security
Monitor clinic inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure operational readiness
Implement policies for utilization management and managed care processes to optimize patient outcomes and practice efficiency

Skills

Proven experience in dental office management with a strong background in PPO and Denti-Cal insurances
Strong fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle oversight
Supervisory experience leading teams within a dental setting; excellent human resources skills
Ability to handle complex scheduling, billing procedures, and managed care coordination effectively
Possesses a compassionate, and empathetic approach to patient interactions, ensuring every patient feels heard, comfortable, and valued
Skilled at presenting treatment plans clearly, handling financial discussions with sensitivity, and effectively guiding patients to move forward with their care.
Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of maintaining a highly productive, organized, and smooth-running office schedule

Compensation: Competitive base salary based on experience, plus a rewarding bonus structure tied to office productivity and practice growth.
