Higher Standards Dental Studio is a growing start up dental practice seeking a strong Office Manager / Front Desk Coordinator to help create structure, accountability, and an exceptional patient experience as we continue to grow.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, service-oriented professional who takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys being a key contributor to the success of the practice.

Responsibilities

Manage daily front office operations and schedule flow
Coordinate patient scheduling and help maximize provider productivity
Verify insurance benefits and support accurate financial communication with patients
Present treatment plans and support treatment acceptance goals
Manage collections and patient account follow-up
Monitor schedule efficiency and identify opportunities to improve workflow
Track and report key office metrics and performance indicators
Help create, implement, and maintain office systems and processes
Ensure tasks and action items are completed in a timely manner
Support patient communication, reactivation efforts, and follow-up
Assist with onboarding and training as the practice continues to grow
Work closely with the doctor and team to support operational excellence and an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications

Dental front office experience required
Office management experience preferred
Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment coordination
Experience with collections and patient financial arrangements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with a leadership mindset
Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn
Open Dental experience preferred

Compensation

$27–$35 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
