Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist/Manager to join our team. The candidate must have previous dental clinic experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our dental practice. Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process
Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
Handle incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy
Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims processing
Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
Assist with patient inquiries regarding care plans and treatment options
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all patient interactions
Perform clerical duties including filing, typing, and data entry, using Microsoft Office applications
Manage the office day to day functions.

Skills

Proficiency in medical administrative support with experience in a dental or medical office setting
Familiarity with EHR systems.
Excellent computer skills with typing proficiency and familiarity with 10-key typing
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review
Knowledge of health information management practices and office management procedures
Previous experience in customer service roles is essential

Fri- 8 to 1 PM
