We are looking for a motivated and experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who is comfortable traveling between our four locations and excels at building relationships with patients.

Responsibilities

Welcome new patients and guide them through the orthodontic consultation process
Present treatment plans, explain procedures, and answer patient questions
Review financial options and assist patients with payment arrangements
Coordinate scheduling for new patient starts and follow-up visits
Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Track case acceptance and follow up with potential patients
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Travel between all four office locations as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator in an orthodontic or dental office preferred
Strong communication and sales skills
Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
Knowledge of orthodontic software is a plus
