Dental Office Manager

We are a fast-paced, PRIVATE and busy dental office seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, patient-focused, and thrives in a high-energy environment while leading a team with professionalism and positivity.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front office and administrative operations
Manage scheduling, patient flow, and team coordination
Oversee insurance verification, billing, and collections
Maintain knowledge of dental insurance policies and procedures
Work with North Carolina Medicaid claims, eligibility, and compliance
Support and motivate team members to maintain excellent patient care
Assist with reports, production goals, and office performance
Ensure a welcoming and professional patient experience

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of dental office management experience required
Strong knowledge of North Carolina Medicaid required
Experience with dental insurance and treatment coordination
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
