Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a dentistry practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently

-Verify insurance and collect copays
- Assist in maintaining medical records and updating patient information in electronic systems
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinate with dental assistants for patient care and treatment plans
- Perform basic dental assisting tasks such as taking vital signs and X-Rays
- Utilize Dentrix software for patient scheduling and billing
- Familiarity with 3D scanner technology for dental imaging

Skills:
- Proficiency in using dental records systems like Dentrix
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in dentistry or related field is preferred
