We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable Front Desk / Insurance Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have prior dental office experience and a strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment coordination, and front office operations. We are looking for a true team player who is flexible and willing to assist both at the front desk and in the clinical area as needed.

Dental assisting experience is highly preferred, as this role may occasionally support the clinical team when necessary.

Responsibilities

Greet and check out patients with exceptional customer service
Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule
Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
Submit and follow up on insurance claims
Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
Coordinate with providers and team members to ensure a smooth patient experience
Assist with front office duties and administrative tasks
Support the clinical team as a dental assistant when needed

Qualifications

Dental office experience required
Dental insurance knowledge required
Experience with insurance verification, claims, and billing
Dental assisting experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the practice
