Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Dental Hygiene Recruiter to join our growing dental talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented dental hygienists to meet the staffing needs of our dental practices. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help you build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike. Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified dental hygienists using social media management, HR sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Build relationships with educational institutions for campus recruitment initiatives and participate in career fairs to generate lead generation opportunities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop compelling job descriptions.
Conduct research on employment & labor law compliance to ensure all recruiting activities adhere to legal standards.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through cold calling, relationship management, and proactive sourcing efforts.
Support employee orientation, contracts management, and employee evaluation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical recruiting or healthcare staffing, especially within dental or medical fields.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and internal teams effectively.
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Salesforce, UltiPro, Kronos, or PeopleSoft is preferred.
Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations relevant to healthcare staffing.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with HRIS systems like ADP or Paychex enhances your ability to streamline recruitment workflows.
Demonstrated success in talent management, employee relations, and succession planning initiatives.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
