The Office Manager will be responsible for the overall business operations of the practice while allowing the doctor to focus on patient care.

The position includes the following essential duties:

Patient Experience & Customer Service

Compliance & Risk Management

Human Resources Administration

Operational Management

Supply & Vendor Management

Reporting & Analytics

Marketing & Growth Support

Doctor Support

The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience as an office manager in a dental office with multiple doctors.

A college degree is REQUIRED, preferably a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Position is full time, working mostly Monday-Thursday, and some Fridays, or Saturdays.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel. Experience in QuickBooks desired.

Will train some areas of the position that candidate is not fluent in. This in not a position that we are training for. We desire someone who knows how to do this job to come in and execute.

Compensation is entirely based on education for this position, experience, and the ability to get the job done. Key performance indicators will be monitored of the effectiveness of the office manager and will be used as a basis for performance reviews, and potential future wage increases.
