OFFICE MANAGER — DENTAL PRACTICE

Full-Time | Long-Term Leadership Track Position

Our successful fee-for-service dental practice is seeking a warm, outgoing, and highly organized Office Manager to become the face of our practice and the champion of our patient experience. Our long-time Office Manager is preparing for retirement, and we are looking for someone who can learn, grow, and eventually assume full ownership of office responsibilities.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

Deliver an Exceptional Patient Experience

Ensure every patient receives a best-in-class experience — in person and on the phone.
Lead greeting, check-in, check-out, and follow-up processes with warmth and
professionalism.
Create a calm, reassuring environment where patients feel heard and supported.

Own Patient Intake & Communication

Triage calls, emails, and walk-ins with clarity and compassion.
Manage patient forms, medical histories, and information accuracy.
Communicate treatment plans and financial expectations clearly and confidently.

Lead Financial Coordination

Manage payments, collections, and accounts receivable with accuracy.
Post and reconcile transactions; follow up on outstanding balances.
Support a healthy financial rhythm for the practice.

Support Insurance-Related Tasks

Prepare and submit pre-treatment estimates.
Assist patients with reimbursement questions and documentation.
Track claims and ensure timely resolution.

Be the Operational Backbone

Maintain a highly organized, efficient front office.
Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and take initiative without being asked.
Partner closely with the doctor and clinical team to uphold practice standards.

Experience preferred, not required:

Dental or medical office experience is a plus
However, we also welcome candidates from hospitality, retail, customer service, education, marketing, or management who excel at organization, communication, and service. We can teach dentistry; we cannot teach fit.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
