Natural Smiles is seeking a talented, motivated individual to join our team. We are a friendly and professional office that is expanding. Our goal is to provide our patients the best experience possible, while creating a fun, supportive, and engaging work environment for our dental team.

Our Dental Assistants and Front Desk Associates desire to be the shining face of the practice that patients see as a friendly and calming character they can put confidence in. We are looking for someone who is:

Organized, detailed and can multitask to keep track of responsibilities and follow up with patients in a reasonable time frame.
Comfortable with a challenging and at times high paced work environment.
Has the desire and ability to learn, is responsible, enjoys owning and improving processes.
A strong communicator with patients both over the phone and in person.
Compassionate and cares for our patients by building rapport and resolving concerns.
Flexible and can work a varied schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the front desk by handling transactions, collecting payments, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, processing insurance, and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Deliver a quality experience to our patients who like coming to Natural Smiles because they feel apart of our family.
Assist the Doctor with various responsibilities including, but not limited to, room set up prior to patient arrival, sterilization of equipment upon completion.

Experience:

One year of administrative experience preferred, but not required.
Proficiency with computers, word processing, and social media.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and basic math/accounting skills required.
Experience with dental scheduling software preferred.
Can handle a challenging, fast paced office environment.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Hourly pay would be between $18 - $24 per hour and could go up based on experience.

This is a full time position working Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Some flexibility with the hours may be possible, within reason.
