We are a busy, family-oriented private dental practice seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team. Our office features one doctor, five operatories, and a fully digital workflow, allowing us to provide high-quality care in a comfortable and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services
Perform periodontal assessments and charting
Take digital radiographs
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Maintain accurate patient records
Follow infection control and OSHA guidelines
Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications

Current Dental Hygienist license in Minnesota (or eligibility for licensure)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, compassionate, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
