We are seeking a dental office manager who will oversee the daily operations of our practice to ensure efficient workflows, excellent patient experiences, and strong financial performance. This role manages administrative staff, coordinates scheduling and billing, and serves as a key liaison between patients, providers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations

Manage day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practice
Develop and maintain efficient scheduling, patient flow, and office procedures
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements
Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships

Staff Management

Train, supervise, and evaluate front office and administrative staff
Create staff schedules and manage time-off requests
Foster a positive, professional, and patient-focused team culture

Patient Relations

Ensure a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction
Address patient concerns, complaints, and billing questions professionally
Support front desk staff with complex scheduling or insurance issues

Financial & Billing Oversight

Oversee billing, insurance verification, claims submission, and collections
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
Assist with budgeting, payroll coordination, and expense control

Provider Support

Work closely with dentists and clinical staff to optimize schedules
Support production goals and practice growth initiatives
Assist with implementation of new systems, software, or procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2–5 years of experience in dental office administration or management
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and practice management systems
Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or Denticon)
