Requirements:

Experience in the dental setting
Open to coaching, mentorship and performance management support (we’ve got your back)
Engaged in patient flow and experience
Excellent communication skills
Sound decision-making skills, drive and desire to build a personal career legacy
Willingness to try creative and innovative approaches to practice and team management
Authenticity
