Our busy office in the North End of Manchester is looking self-motivated and team-oriented Office Manager for our general practice.

Someone who can multitask effectively, work under pressure and stay organized. Ensure and maintain a pleasant work environment, communication and safety.

Duties and responsibilities of the Practice Manager include, but are not limited to:

Providing oversight and direction to the team to ensure the consistent delivery of adequate customer service;
Leading, inspiring, and motivating others to perform and develop in their respective duties;
Manage and direct staff assignments and activities, in accordance with office policy and applicable laws;
Participate in marketing goals and objectives;
Oversee patient relationships and manage patient complaints;
Engage in conflict resolution and conduct disciplinary action when necessary;
Ensure compliance of all office staff to HIPAA regulations relating to patient records and privacy as well as state and federal regulations governing clinical practice;

Experience:

Management Experience

Dental Office experience (preferred)

Eaglesoft

Office Hours are Mon-Wed 8am-5pm and Thurs 7:15am-4pm

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
