We are a patient-focused dental practice committed to providing high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience. We are seeking a motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to help guide patients through their treatment plans while supporting daily front office operations and team leadership.

Position Summary

The Dental Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in case acceptance, patient communication, and practice efficiency. This position combines treatment coordination with leadership responsibilities, supporting the Office Manager and Dentist to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient care.

Key ResponsibilitiesTreatment Coordination

Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
Review financial options, insurance benefits, and payment plans
Answer patient questions and address concerns to increase case acceptance
Coordinate treatment scheduling and follow-ups
Maintain accurate treatment and financial records

Front Office & Management Support

Assist in managing front desk operations and patient flow
Support training and onboarding of front office staff
Help enforce office policies, systems, and protocols
Assist with scheduling optimization and production goals
Step in as acting manager when Office Manager is unavailable

Patient Experience

Provide outstanding customer service and patient support
Build trust and long-term relationships with patients
Handle patient concerns professionally and promptly
Ensure a welcoming and organized front office environment

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office (treatment coordination or front office required)
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)
Understanding of dental insurance, billing, and financing options
Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
