Skills

Proven experience as a receptionist and treatment coordinator or scheduler
Thorough understanding of office procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dental or medical clinical experience
Experience navigating insurance plans

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy.
Assess and address office needs efficiently and proactively.
Assist with basic accounting tasks and maintain accurate records.
Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with patients and colleagues.
X-ray certification not required, but a plus
