Kremer Leadership Institute (KLI) is a budding management company in the Chico community currently looking for an Operations Manager for the Kremer Dental Care (KDC) locations we oversee. You would be working individually and with a small, eager group to get the best out of our team and help navigate potential opportunities for growth. We are looking for someone hungry and experienced to be a resource for the day-to-day maintenance of our dental practices. Kremer Dental Care rests on the cornerstones of customer service, integrity, structure, and enthusiasm. As a leader in our company, you would be an essential part of holding both of our locations to the same standard of excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

Be a resource for the office managers at our KDC locations
Support your KLI team
Understand the ins and outs of the offices we oversee
Make logical decisions for the company based on measurable results
Negotiate contracts with suppliers, personnel, and other businesses
Resolve conflicts on a management/leadership level
Make decisions from a realistic perspective on the health of the company
Oversee multiple direct reporters on a management/leadership level
Possess strong project management skills
Accountable for P&L
Be in alignment with the vision for the company
Communicate openly, honestly, and constructively
Commit to team decisions and be the tiebreaker when necessary
Maintain an environment with healthy conflict
Hold yourself and teammates accountable

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
