About the Role: The Dental Lab Technician Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of a dental laboratory. Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree or higher in Dental Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a dental lab technician.
Comprehensive knowledge of dental materials, prosthetic fabrication techniques, and laboratory equipment.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to dental laboratories.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification from a recognized dental technology association (e.g., National Board for Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology).
Experience working within social assistance or community health settings.
Proficiency with digital dental technologies such as CAD/CAM systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead quality improvement initiatives.
Additional training or experience in management or leadership.

Responsibilities:

Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
Implement and monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality control protocols within the laboratory.
