We’re seeking an experienced, mature, and compassionate individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Our ideal candidate will have experience as a Treatment Plan Coordinator with strong knowledge of dental codes, insurance verification/authorization, treatment discussions, financial arrangements, and patient scheduling.

Open Dental Software Experience is a ( MUST )
Dental Code Experience is a ( MUST )
Dental Insurance Experience is a (MUST)
Candidate (MUST) have worked in a DENTAL OFFICE

You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience, be knowledgeable in insurance posting and verification with a PPO practice, in treatment planning and financial discussions and in scheduling.

Schedule:

Full Time position. Schedule might vary by day of the week but position is for 5 days/week.
Office hours: Monday, 8am to 6pm. Tuesday 7am to 5pm, Wednesday 7am to 7 pm, Thursday 7am to 5pm. Friday, 8am to 1pm. non-negotiable

Compensation:

Competitive, based on actual experience

COVID Protection:
Full COVID-19 protection set-up including closed off patient screening area, floor to ceiling barrier with sneeze guard separating front staff workspace, face shields, full PPE, plenty of hand sanitizer, air purifiers with HEPA filters and UV light disinfection in each operatory, as well as operatory rest times between patients
