Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Office Manager to manage and market our dental practice with enthusiasm and precision. Ability to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional patient care, and manage a dynamic team of dental professionals and administrative staff. Expertise needed in dental office management, accounting, payroll, and healthcare systems. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a high level of organizational and multi-tasking skills..

Job Responsibilities

Lead the overall management of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure smooth daily operations
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
Handle fiscal management activities such as budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, billing, and accounts receivable using systems like Microsoft Office, Dentrix and Quickbooks
Supervise administrative staff and dental team members, providing training, performance evaluations, and human resources support
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control standards, and quality assurance measures
Manage clinic supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships to optimize operational efficiency
Implement practice management strategies that enhance patient satisfaction, streamline workflows, and improve overall clinic performance

Experience

Proven experience in management within a dental setting in conjunction with a strong understanding of dental clinic operations
Demonstration of overseeing teams in a dental environment
Proficiency in dental practice management software and business software
Proficiency in dental terminology, dental records management, HIPAA compliance, and other healthcare regulations
Solid understanding of Human Resources, including interviewing, onboarding, benefits, maintaining personnel records, following office policies, and team building
Background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, vendor and dental insurance contracts
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a busy dental care setting

Salary
