Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, compassionate, and committed to providing outstanding patient care in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures
Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
Take digital dental X-rays, iTero scan
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Support the clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care

Qualifications

Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license/certification
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Previous dental assisting experience is preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay: $32.00–$36.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Wednesday 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
