Business Team Member-Treatment Coordinator/Insurance Coordinator

We’re an upscale, privately owned dental office, and we’re looking for a rockstar Business Team Member to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will be counted on to help get our patients the care they need, be a liason between the patients and the doctor and keeping the doctor busy treating our patients.

What You'll Be Doing:

Primarily

Following up with patients in need of appointments with doctor and/or hygienist
Claims processing and appeals backup
Financial Presentation of treatment
Accounts Receivable
Confirming insurance details are accurate, back up adding these details
Assisting with follow up of patients with outstanding treatment

Assisting with

Keeping schedules organized and patients happy
Answering phones like a pro (because first impressions matter!)
Handling patient records with precision
Responsible for billing, financial reports, and treatment coordination with patients
Contributing to a fun, supportive team environment
Following up with patients in need of appointments with doctor and/or hygienist
Claims processing and follow up, doing appeals

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of dental office experience at any position
Exceptional organization and time management skills
A friendly, professional personality with top-notch communication skills
Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat
Must be proficient in written and spoken English
High school diploma required (college education in business or healthcare is a plus)
