Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to join our team! This is a privately owned practice, not a corporate chain, which means you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the doctor and staff in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Overseeing daily office operations and workflow
Verifying dental insurance and submitting claims
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
Managing recall and hygiene schedules
Handling patient billing, collections, and financial arrangements
Supporting staff and ensuring excellent patient experiences

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare front office/management role.
Previous dental office management or front desk experience preferred
Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with with open dental software is a plus

Compensation

$26–$35/hr (commensurate with experience, growth mindset, and collaborative skills).
