No previous dental laboratory experience is required—we will provide training for the right candidate.

Position Summary

As an Entry-Level Dental Laboratory Technician, you will assist in the fabrication and finishing of dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, dentures, implant restorations, and digital workflows. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, patience, and pride in producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Assist in the production of dental restorations.
Trim, polish, finish, and prepare cases for production.
Learn laboratory procedures under the guidance of experienced technicians.
Maintain quality standards and accuracy throughout production.
Keep workstations clean and organized.
Work as part of a collaborative production team to meet daily deadlines.
Follow all laboratory safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in manufacturing, assembly, jewelry making, model building, ceramics, arts and crafts, machining, or other precision hands-on work.
Experience working with small tools or fine-detail work.
Basic computer skills.
