Job Summary

Do you want to work in a non-corporate solo doctor dental practice with a fun team? Harrison Pointe Dentistry is looking for an experienced insurance/financial coordinator to grow with us. Duties

Review and process medical claims using eaglesoft and vyne softwares
Verify patient insurance coverage, explain benefits, and resolve claim denials or discrepancies efficiently.
Collect outstanding payments through follow-up communications with patients and insurance companies, ensuring timely medical collections.
Check in/Check out patients, explain treatment plans and insurance benefits to patients.
Work well with the team to ensure smooth workflow and meet goals

Requirements

Proven experience in Dental office administration with a strong focus on billing, coding, and insurance claims processing.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with patients, insurance companies, and Dental team
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $26.00 - $37.00 per hour
