We are looking for a competent reliable person to support our dental team and the patient flow. This position is entry-level and we will train the right person. Responsibilities

Prepare operatory rooms and setup trays for treatments or checkups
Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed for appropriate procedure.
Sterilize instruments according to regulations and safety.
Undertake lab tasks as instructed.
Keep the dental operatories clean and well-stocked.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures as needed.
Monday through Friday.

Skills

Proven experience as dental assistant
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Well-organized and reliable
High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred but not needed
Additional certification or training is an asset

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
