Our fun and growing dental practice is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team! We're searching for someone who is positive, dependable, and enjoys working with people. We are a group of dedicated dental professionals who believe patients deserve high-quality care delivered in an efficient, personalized, and comfortable environment. Every team member plays an important role in creating a great experience for our patients, and we work together to help each other succeed.

This is a full-time position working four days per week, with alternating Mondays and Fridays off, giving you an incredible four-day weekend every other week. Our family-friendly schedule is 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no evenings or Saturdays.

What You'll Do

Assist the doctors during a variety of procedures: general dentistry, root canals, oral surgery, and implants.
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and supplies are ready for each procedure.
Take dental X-rays, enter accurate clinical information into Dentrix.
Educate patients on treatment recommendations and post-operative instructions.
Maintain infection control and sterilization standards.
Help maintain dental equipment and complete required testing.
Cross-train to assist with other areas of the office as needed, including occasional front office support.

What We're Looking For

Previous dental assisting experience is required.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
Ability to stay organized and work efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.
Experience with Dentrix is a plus but not required.
Dental Assistant certification is welcomed but not required.
