What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in a dental office performing the same role
Proficient with Eaglesoft
Excellent communication, organization, and patient-service skills
Comfortable presenting treatment plans, coordinating financial arrangements, and working closely with clinical staff

Key Responsibilities

Greet and build rapport with patients
Present treatment plans clearly and compassionately
Coordinate scheduling and follow-up for treatment
Manage financial discussions, insurance verification, and payment arrangements
Document patient interactions and maintain Eaglesoft records accurately
