Lab Technician – HAR Dental Plainview Dentistry

HAR Dental – Plainview Dentistry is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our growing dental lab team.

Dental experience is REQUIRED for this position. Applicants must have prior experience working in a dental office, dental laboratory, or a similar dental setting. Candidates without dental experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Assist with the fabrication, adjustment, and repair of dental appliances.
Prepare dental models, crowns, dentures, retainers, and other laboratory cases.
Maintain and organize dental laboratory equipment, instruments, and materials.
Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely completion of all laboratory work.
Work closely with dentists, dental assistants, and other team members to support exceptional patient care.
Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant laboratory environment.
Manage incoming and outgoing laboratory cases and communicate case status with the clinical team.

Qualifications

Previous dental office or dental laboratory experience is REQUIRED.
Knowledge of dental terminology, materials, and laboratory procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Positive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable, professional, and self-motivated.

Pay

Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
