Dental Practice Manager Days - Full Time Renal Dialysis Building

Position Summary / Career Interest:

Responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating day-to-day clinic operations to maintain maximum efficiency, productivity, quality patient care and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

"Serves all internal and external customers by providing high quality care with courtesy and compassion.
Demonstrates accountability for own actions and decisions.
Follows policies, procedures, and standards; complies with Corporate Responsibility Program.
Assumes responsibility for risk and safety issues associated with position.

Brings ideas/concerns to supervisor; participates in department decision-making.

High School Graduate

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelors Degree Prior management experience

Preferred Licensure and Certification

Dental Assistant (RDA) - American Medical Technologists (AMT)
