Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and friendly Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience working in a dental office and be comfortable handling all front desk and administrative responsibilities.

Bilingual (Russian/English) preferred

Responsibilities

Minimum 3–5 years of dental front desk experience
Experience using Dentrix dental software
Bilingual (Russian/English) preferred
Greet patients warmly, verify their appointment details, and assist with registration processes using Dentrix
Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and eligibility
Experience checking insurance benefits and explaining coverage to patients
Knowledge of dental codes (CDT codes) and treatment procedures
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy dental office
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
Collect and process patient payments, insurance co-pays
Handle incoming calls professionally, answer inquiries about services, insurance coverage, and appointment availability with clear communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
