Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager/Biller to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and maintaining financial records including the daily billing and account aging.

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain office policies and procedures

provide daily reports, monthly reports, and keep Aging report at a minimum

Maintain a happy, positive, uplifting attitude at all times

Manage office budget and expenses

Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support

Coordinate and oversee office activities, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Assist with Dental Treatment plans

Collaborate with front and back office to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication

complete payroll every 2 weeks

Oversee office inventory and ordering of supplies for front office

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Proven experience in office management or a similar role

Knowledge of medical administrative support processes and procedures

Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Familiarity with acute care or managed care settings is a plus

Proficient in financial management principles

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements

Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
