Duties

Greet patients warmly, and guiding them through check-in and check-out procedures
Schedule appointments efficiently using dental office management software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft, ensuring optimal patient flow
Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility
Manage medical and dental records accurately within EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as eClinicalWorks or Dentrix, ensuring HIPAA compliance at all times
Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette while addressing patient inquiries and appointment request

Qualifications

minimum one year experience in a dental office as front desk or dental assistant
We are willing to train any one with History of dental assistant position with clinic or office experience

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
