WE’RE HIRING IN MINNEAPOLIS!

CAD CAM DOCS is looking for the right person to join our Minneapolis lab!

We’re a small, fast-paced micro lab providing same-day and next-day restorations for local dental offices, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working with technology, and taking ownership of their work.

This could be a great fit for:

-A Dental Assistant who loves the lab side of dentistry and wants to make a change
-A Dental Technician looking for something different
-Someone who loves learning, problem-solving, and working with their hands

Our lab is highly technology-driven, so you’ll be working with computers, digital workflows, 3D printers, mills, and other dental technology every day.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Detail-oriented and quality-focused
Hands-on and mechanically inclined
Comfortable learning and using technology
Able to work independently and manage their day
Dependable, organized, and willing to jump in where needed
Someone with an owner mentality who takes pride in the lab, the cases, and the customer experience
Independent, but still enjoys having the support and resources of a larger team

Because we’re a small lab, every person matters. We want someone who doesn’t just come to work and complete a task, but someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and wants to help the lab grow.

If you have dental experience and think, “This sounds like me,” we’d love to talk with you!
