The Kind of Dental Office You Hope Is Hiring

Great patients. A team you actually look forward to seeing. Doctors who trust you. And the freedom to take care of your patients the way you know they deserve.

That’s North Cedar Dental.

We’re looking for a full-time RDH to join a team that has built something pretty special in Spokane.

You’ll have the freedom to treat your patients based on their individual needs, a voice in their care, and support from doctors who value what you bring to the table as a hygienist.

And the team? They genuinely like each other.

Thursday team lunches turn into conversations about weekend plans, families, and life outside the office. People help each other when the day gets busy. Patients become familiar faces. It’s the kind of place where coming to work just feels good.

Here’s What’s Waiting for You

Freedom to treat your patients
Freedom to manage your hygiene schedule
Doctors who trust and support their RDHs
A team that actually has your back
Patients who value relationships and quality care
An environment where your voice matters

We’re looking for an RDH who loves what they do, cares deeply about their patients, and wants more than just another place to clock in and out.

The Benefits

Medical, dental & vision insurance
PTO + paid holidays
401(k)
Continuing education opportunities
$250 annual professional allowance

You spend a lot of your life at work. You should really like where you do it.

If North Cedar sounds like the kind of dental home you’ve been waiting for, apply today. We’d love to meet you.
