Job Summary

La Jolla Village Orthodontics is a warm, modern orthodontic practice led by Dr. Katherine Wong and Dr. Paul Upatham. We use the latest technology, including iTero digital scanning, Invisalign, DIBS AI bracket planning and Dental Monitoring, and we care just as much about how patients feel when they walk in. We’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator who loves people, likes to see things through, and wants to help families say “yes” to a smile they’ll love.

What you’ll do

Be a new patient’s first real connection: make introduction calls and set expectations before the consultation.
Guide consultations with the doctors, present treatment and financial options clearly, and help families choose the plan that works for them.
Follow up with pending starts and observation patients so no one falls through the cracks.
Take records, including iTero scans, and keep the scan log current.
Submit cases and appliances (Invisalign, DIBS AI and lab cases) to the right company.
Send referral and consultation letters to referring dentists.
Grow our referral relationships: track referring offices, prepare seasonal drop-offs, and plan referring-office lunches.
Help with social media content.
Support the front desk when needed: phones, check-in and check-out, and payment posting.

What we’re looking for

At least 2 years in a dental or orthodontic office, or in patient-facing sales or treatment coordination (orthodontic TC experience is a big plus).
Confident and caring when talking about treatment and money.
Organized, with strong follow-up habits.
Comfortable with practice software. Dolphin, iTero or Invisalign experience is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week

Work Location: In person
