Office description: Our dental office motto is to provide high quality dental care and a very positive experience from the moment the patient walks in the door. We are seeking an individual with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills to greet our patients, and to perform the responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office operations, including organizing files, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for staff members.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist with budget management and financial record keeping.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Occasionally provide support to treatment areas as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft software is a plus.
- Experience in the dental setting is a plus.
