About Us:

Molly Slack D.D.S.. is a well-established, family-oriented dental practice committed to providing high-quality dental care to our community. Dr. Slack, a dedicated dentist with 25 years of experience, leads our practice. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager.

Job Description:

As our Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:

Patient Relations:
Greeting and welcoming patients
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Handling patient inquiries and concerns
Managing patient records and insurance claims
Financial Management:
Overseeing billing and collections
Managing accounts receivable and payable
Preparing financial reports
Handling insurance claims and reimbursements
Office Administration:
Maintaining office supplies and equipment
Managing vendor relationships
Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements
Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Proven experience in dental office management or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in dental software and computer systems, preferably Eaglesoft
A positive and enthusiastic attitude
A passion for providing exceptional patient care

Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an energetic, and organized individual who is motivated to contribute to the success of our practice. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow. Currently we are open Monday and Thursday 10-2 , Tuesday and Wednesday 8-4 and Friday 7-3.
