Summary:

You are the liaison between the doctor and the patient and can easily connect with patients and meet them where they are! Your ability to have compassion and understanding provides a calm and warm environment for patients who are anxious and concerned about how to afford dentistry. You help patients gain a greater understanding of their treatment and their dental health plan benefits. You have excellent verbal communication skills. Most importantly, you are here to provide a high level of support and an incredible customer experience.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities

Be present during comprehensive exams to understand patient treatment needs.
When necessary, be present during re-care exams to understand patient treatment needs.
Handle objections to the proposed treatment.
Present case fees and financial options to patients to facilitate the decision to say “yes.”
Present or co-present the treatment plan and consent.
Educate patients, as necessary, regarding their dental benefits.
Determine dental benefit eligibility, limitations, and payment estimates necessary to
facilitate financial arrangements.
Ensure patients are up-to-date on their financial obligations.
Performs other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of presenting dental treatment plans experience
Ability to work full-time including evenings until 7 pm and Saturdays until 3 pm
Passionate about Customer Service
