Job Overview
We are multi-specialty office in peditic dentistry and orthodontics seeking insurance breakdown and eligibility assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible completing breakdowns of insurance and preparing eligibility sheets for the insurance coordinators. This is an IN-Office position only.

This role requires a strong understanding of dental coding, insurance, the ability to work collaboratively with the main coordinators, and the entire team.

Insurance Eligibility Assistant Responsibilities

Pull & Complete breakdowns of insurance
Prepare eligibility sheets
Check for active coverage
Verify (spot check) insurance plan benefits for accuracy
Other help as needed
collaborate and work very closely with the main insurance coordinators for help resolving discrepancies

Job Requirments

Dental insurance breakdown & elgibility experience (1 year required)
Dentrix Ascend & Enterprise experience a plus
In-Office postion only
Full time only
Proficiency in dental coding
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with the team, patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
