What You’ll Do

As our Orthodontic Lab Technician, you’ll be hands-on with advanced 3D printing and appliance fabrication in a modern digital environment. You’ll work closely with our clinical team to ensure every retainer, aligner, and model is crafted with accuracy and care.

Responsibilities include:

Operate and maintain 3D printers for digital model production
Fabricate Essix retainers and in-house aligners
Manage and troubleshoot digital printing equipment and software
Ensure precise and timely model and appliance fabrication
Check in and prepare outside lab appliances
Communicate with outside labs and manage EasyRx cases
Maintain a clean and organized lab environment
Sterilize instruments and help disinfect chairs between patients
Occasionally assist by escorting patients to and from treatment areas

What We’re Looking For:

Prior orthodontic or dental lab experience preferred (will train the right person)
Familiarity with 3D printing or digital orthodontic workflows a plus
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
Strong organization and time-management skills
Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn new technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
