What You’ll Do
As our Orthodontic Lab Technician, you’ll be hands-on with advanced 3D printing and appliance fabrication in a modern digital environment. You’ll work closely with our clinical team to ensure every retainer, aligner, and model is crafted with accuracy and care.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate and maintain 3D printers for digital model production
- Fabricate Essix retainers and in-house aligners
- Manage and troubleshoot digital printing equipment and software
- Ensure precise and timely model and appliance fabrication
- Check in and prepare outside lab appliances
- Communicate with outside labs and manage EasyRx cases
- Maintain a clean and organized lab environment
- Sterilize instruments and help disinfect chairs between patients
- Occasionally assist by escorting patients to and from treatment areas
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior orthodontic or dental lab experience preferred (will train the right person)
- Familiarity with 3D printing or digital orthodontic workflows a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn new technology

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
