At Alliance Family Dentistry, we combine science, art, and compassionate care to create healthier, more confident smiles. We're currently looking for a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow both personally and professionally.

What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality dental cleanings and preventive care with a gentle touch and attention to patient comfort.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the dental team to support comprehensive treatment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes and patient records.
What We’re Looking For:
- A current Florida Dental Hygiene License.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A warm and caring attitude that helps patients feel at ease.
- Passion for learning, growth, and providing excellent care.
- Dependability and punctuality — essential in our patient-centered environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
