- Experienced and supportive team: two dedicated assistants per dentist, four full-time hygienists, and an on-site lab coordinator.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM, with some days extending until 5:30 PM. Most Fridays finish by 3 PM.
- Clinical scope: Comprehensive restorative dentistry (direct and indirect restorations, same-day crowns), cosmetic procedures, implant placement and restoration, endodontics, surgical and routine extractions, and preventative care.
- Equipment & technology: Digital operatories with guided implant workflows, chairside CAD/CAM, and advanced diagnostic tools.
- Compensation: Discussed privately following initial interview; includes competitive daily guarantee plus incentive based on collections.

Ideal Candidate
- Holds an active Florida dental license (or currently in the licensing process).
- Enthusiastic about or interested in learning modern dental technologies (training available).
