Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and a positive patient experience. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing dental conditions, developing treatment plans, and performing various dental procedures while adhering to best practices in patient care and safety.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate oral health and identify dental issues.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including, but not limited to, root canal therapy, fillings, extractions, and preventive care.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose conditions accurately.
- Maintain aseptic technique during all procedures to ensure patient safety.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide comprehensive care.
- Keep accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education as required.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license and ability to pass any required background checks.
- Proficiency in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and experience working in a dental office setting.
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with patients.
- Knowledge of Epic or similar electronic health record systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $272,254.00 - $300,330.00 per year
