Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of a high-end dental practice, ensuring efficiency in scheduling, billing, and patient flow.

Lead & develop the front office team (schedulers, treatment coordinators, and administrative staff).

Financial oversight, including insurance billing, accounts receivable, and production/collection goals.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and industry regulations.

Optimize patient experience, ensuring luxury-level service and care.

Work closely with providers to implement growth strategies, increase case acceptance, and enhance productivity.

Who You Are!

5 years of dental office management experience (multi-provider or high-production practice preferred).

Expert in dental insurance, treatment planning, and revenue cycle management (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or OpenDental proficiency preferred).

Strong leadership skills-able to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable.

Financially savvy-comfortable tracking KPIs, managing budgets, and improving collections.

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills-proactive, professional, and patient-focused.

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment-experience in luxury or high-volume healthcare is a plus!
