Company Overview

We are a modern multi-specialty private practice looking to expand and add a skilled general dentist to our growing team! In our established, newly renovated office, we welcome an abundance of new patients each month and have a vast existing patient base. Our state of the art facility allows for optimal patient care, a comprehensive approach to full service dentistry along with a strong focus on quality, service and patient satisfaction.

Summary

We have a highly trained and experienced team of professionals to assist, along with digital x-ray, state-of-the-art equipment and technology and an on-site dental lab. Pay will be based on a percentage of production, which can be up to one million a year; this is a unique opportunity for the right person to be extremely successful. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Conduct procedures such as crown and bridge, fillings, cosmetic treatment and preventive care.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Utilize medical imaging technologies to assess patient needs effectively.
Educate patients and their families about oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Strong knowledge of dentistry practices and procedures.
Excellent patient care skills with an emphasis on empathy and communication.
Familiarity with dental software such as Cerec CAD/CAM, Eaglesoft is a plus but not required.
