We are seeking a skilled, ethical, and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team on Tuesdays to start, with the addition of Wednesdays afterwards.
Our Owner-Dentist is looking to cut down on clinical days, and therefore, this role also offers a unique and exciting opportunity for a potential Full-Time, Partnership, and/or Buy-Out opportunity for the right motivated candidate. Specifics can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Our Owner-Dentist will provide guidance and training as needed on clinical techniques, and how systems work, as needed.
No Medicaid, No DMO. PPO/FFS patients only.
Compensation:
Subject to experience, $500/day minimum offered with 30% adjusted production
Job Description:
As an Associate Dentist, you will be an integral part of our team, helping provide excellent care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry, a commitment to quality patient care, and a desire to build lasting relationships with our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, and other restorative treatments.
- Provide compassionate care while ensuring the comfort and safety of patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and treatment options.
- Work Tuesdays to start, with the potential to expand to Wednesdays soon after.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active dental license in good standing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in general dentistry is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.
